My Natal Chart
Privacy Policy
Information we process
We process account identifiers received through Google Sign-In; the name, birth date, birth time and place you enter; chart, chat, diary and preference data; verified Google Play purchase status; and technical data allowed by your separate telemetry choices. We do not receive or store payment-card data.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, calculate and explain requested charts, preserve your data and paid access, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and improve reliability. Initial production content is produced by the backend from calculations and reviewed templates; it is not sent to an external language-model provider.
Processors and locations
Application data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Backend processing runs on Timeweb Cloud infrastructure in Moscow, Russian Federation. Google Sign-In provides authentication and Google Play Billing processes digital purchases.
Optional telemetry
Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and AppsFlyer operate only when configured for the release and allowed by the relevant separate consent. Advertising ID collection is not part of this release. Analytics retention: user-level and event-level data for up to 14 months. Crash retention: crash data and associated identifiers for 90 days before removal begins. Attribution retention: report availability depends on the data type and AppsFlyer plan; deletion requests are handled through support.
Retention and deletion
Terminal authentication sessions are retained for 30 days. Disassociated billing evidence required after account deletion is retained for 180 days. Terminal refund-review evidence is retained for 365 days. Other account content is removed through the deletion flow unless a legal obligation requires limited retention.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@mynatalchartapp.com. You can delete the app account in Profile or at /account-deletion. Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.
